The photo book with the wide-angle photographs encapsulates the collapse of ecological terrain to advance the multitude of urban life. The harmony of the triad- flora, fauna and food- is put to the scale of imbalance when the human-induced development seeks to reach the height of unprecedented growth. Consequently, the ecological landscape bears the detrimental cost of human accomplishments. The exercise to establish industries and high-rises has supplanted the once-flourishing natural terrain. The play of absence-presence is underscored by the photographs of: the set of sparse sculpted vessels, raw freshly cut meat, on one hand, and brimming industrial landscape, the mount of garbage, on the other hand.
