Mala Yamey is the Head of Programs at Art South Asia Project (ASAP). She has been working in commercial galleries, auction houses and the non-profit art world for six years including Invisible Dust, Kochi Biennale Foundation, La Gazette Drouot, Lévy Gorvy and Sotheby’s. She has a BA in History of Art at the University of Cambridge, an MA in History of Art at The Courtauld Institute of Art and an MA in Curating Contemporary Art at the Royal College of Art. Mala also works as an independent curator and writer; most recently she co-curated Sea Change at the Royal Docks, London in May 2023; curated Bloc Projects Members Show, Sheffield in October 2023; and published writing for UP Projects in Co-Creating Public Space conference reader in October 2023.
