Avijna Bhattacharya born in Kolkata, has completed her Bachelors in History of Art from Kala Bhavan, Santiniketan, West Bengal and Masters in Art Criticism from M S University, Baroda, Gujarat. She has
been associated with Vadehra Art Gallery since 2006. Avijna has been observing shifting tendencies within current art practices and writing on contemporary Indian art since then.
