A writer and filmmaker based in New York City, Johan Sandstromâ’s work range from feature films such as Kill Your Darlings, officially selected for the Tribeca Film Festival 2006, to political documentaries such as American Crossroads, a major current affairs series for Swedish Television exploring the intellectual climate in the US leading up to the 2008 presidential elections. A native Swede, Sandstrom has also translated a number of works ranging from fiction and journalism to cultural theory and philosophical analysis.
