REFUND, REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscription Refunds
If at any time you wish to cancel a subscription, your refund will be for the unused portion of that subscription based on the issue cover price, plus postage and packaging costs. Please send us an email at takeonartmag@gmail.com and explain that you would like to cancel your subscription. We will calculate the amount due to you and issue a refund.
1) Shipping services entail 5-7 working days for delivery within India
2) and 7-15 working days for deliveries internationally.
3) All reasonable refund requests will be processed within 5-7 working days within India
4) and 7-21 working days internationally as per the buyer’s bank policies and protocols. This is provided a refund is requested within 1 week of receiving the magazine
5) We confirm activation of international payments along with 3D feature, where every transaction will go through an OTP verification process to successfully transact international payments
Replacement Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 15 (fifteen) days from date of their delivery give the Seller notice of any matter or thing by reason whereof it may allege that the Products are not in accordance with the Contract. If the Buyer fails to give such notice within 15 (fifteen) days as aforesaid, the Buyer shall not be entitled thereafter to put in any claim against the Seller in respect thereof. If the buyer returns it to us in its original condition within 15 (fifteen) days from date of their delivery, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. To return a faulty item, please enclose a letter giving the reason for return, secure the package and return to the address below.

For security we suggest you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged.
Note: in the event of TAKE on art Magazine Pvt Ltd sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to TAKE on art Magazine Pvt Ltd within 15 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Ownership of the original item reverts to TAKE on art Magazine Pvt Ltd. Provided you return this item to us within the 15 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 15 days period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order, as compensation for our loss.
When you send your item back to us, we’ll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we’ll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.
If there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
