TAKE on Art was an official media partner for the 2017 edition of the India Art Fair. The publication was offered a Special Projects Booth (unlike a regular Media Partners Booth). During the IAF 2017, TAKE launched unique, limited editioned and handcrafted affordable artworks by eminent artists such as Atul Dodiya, Anupam Sud, Mithu Sen, Shilpa Gupta, Waswo X Waswo, amongst others, exclusively commissioned for the publication and conducted several interactive process art workshops for children and adults.

TAKE on Art was an official media partner for the Amrita Sher-Gil National Art Week, hosted by the Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi. A week-long celebration of art dedicated to the late artist Amrita Sher-Gil on her birth centenary year, the programme included contributions by eminent artists, critics, writers, historians and curators, including TAKE’s editor-in-chief and publisher Bhavna Kakar.
