TAKE on Art Magazine in collaboration with Bikaner House presented an interactive project between 18-27 August 2019. During this week, the curatorial team of the magazine along with the guest editor of TAKE Fashion, Mayank Mansingh Kaul invited conversations with visitors on their associations-reflections on Indian fashion. These conversations were part of a series of interventions towards the making of TAKE Fashion, extending the scope of its authorship to a range of individuals and perspectives from varied backgrounds. Presenting an overview of fashion in India over the last century, the project will further responded to the on-going events at the Bikaner House in August on the making of Modern India.
